The Trading Online Voucher Scheme (TOV) is administered by Local Enterprise Offices across Ireland. It helps small businesses move online by providing up to €2,500 covering 50% of approved costs. Eligible spend includes website development, eCommerce setup, online marketing tools, SEO, booking integrations, and digital marketing. A business can receive a second voucher (up to €2,500 again) if they meet additional criteria. Note: the Grow Digital Voucher is a related LEO scheme for more advanced digital projects — total combined Grow Digital grant capped at €5,000 across two projects. To apply, attend a free LEO information webinar, then submit an application form. Approval is typically within 4–6 weeks. Work must not begin before formal approval.

Eligibility Requirements

Fewer than 10 employees, trading for at least 6 months, turnover under €2 million. Must not have previously received a Trading Online Voucher (or have received only one). Not for EI or IDA clients. Apply through your county LEO.
