A fully managed deep retrofit service bringing your home to BER B2 or better. One company handles everything — survey, design, grants, contractors, and final BER.

📋
Full Details

The National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme (One Stop Shop route) is designed for homeowners who want a comprehensive energy retrofit managed by a single registered One Stop Shop company. The company handles grant applications, contractor management, and quality assurance. Grant amounts under this route are often higher than the individual BEH grants for the same measures. The home must have been built and occupied before 2011 and have a BER of B3 or lower to qualify. From 2 March 2026, the minimum 100 kWh/m²/year energy uplift requirement has been removed for retrofit projects that include a heat pump. If you need additional finance, the Home Energy Upgrade Loan (2.99%+, €5,000–€75,000) is available alongside the grant.

Eligibility Requirements

Home must have been built and occupied before 2011 with BER of B3 or lower. Cannot use for solar PV only — must include other upgrade measures.
